Erick Duncan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service engineering and customer satisfaction within the heavy equipment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Service Engineering and Customer Satisfaction, Big Trucks at Hyster-Yale Group since September 2016, Erick previously held managerial roles at Caterpillar Inc., overseeing product support for electric drive trucks and issue resolution for unit rig trucks. Prior experience includes directorship and managerial positions at Terex and NACCO Materials Handling Group, focusing on product support and customer operations. Erick holds an MBA from East Carolina University and a B.S. in General Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Erick is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
