Sizhe Z

Sizhe Z currently serves as the Head of Data, Risk & Control at Hytech, leading a diverse team of over 40 data professionals across multiple locations including Singapore, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, and Shenzhen since July 2025. Prior to this, Sizhe Z worked at OKX as the Director of Data Science and Analytics for Core Products, managing a global team based in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the U.S. From September 2020 to December 2023, Sizhe Z was the Senior Lead and Senior Staff Data Scientist at Tencent, overseeing the Growth and Experimentation Data Science team, as well as leading the Community Data Science team. Sizhe Z also held the position of Senior Algorithm Engineer at Alibaba Group from June 2018 to September 2020 and was a Senior Data Scientist at Grab from January 2017 to June 2018. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a tenure as a Visiting Ph.D. Student at The Open University.
