John Nazari

John Nazari is a seasoned Facilities and Administration Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale building operations. Currently serving as the Senior Facilities & Administration Manager at Hyundai Auto Canada since November 2004, John oversees the head office and regional offices across Canada, encompassing 300,000 square feet and 220 personnel. Responsibilities include managing building operations, maintenance, contract staff, cafeteria services, procurement, mailroom, and reception, alongside executing multiple new builds, lease negotiations, and renovations on a multi-million dollar scale. Prior to this role, John served as Facilities Manager at JDSU from August 1999 to September 2004, where management included 24 buildings totaling 2.4 million square feet and a workforce of 12,500 personnel. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology.
