Seonggon Kim

Seonggon Kim is currently the Head of Department for the Digital Twin Development Team at Hyundai Autoever, a position held since August 2011, where responsibilities include leading initiatives in AX/DX with a focus on Software Defined Factory technologies such as Digital Twin, Virtual Factory, Simulation, PHM, F-BI, MES, IoT, and MLOps. Prior to this role, Seonggon Kim served as Assistant Manager in the Information Management Team at DENSO from September 2009 to July 2011 and in the IT Management Team at Optrontec from February 2006 to August 2009. Seonggon Kim is pursuing a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence at Ulsan Institute of Science and Technology, expected to complete in February 2026, and holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the same institution, completed in February 2021.
