Alisha Herrick

Alisha Herrick serves as a Talent Development Manager at Hyundai Capital America since August 2022, focusing on fostering a culture of learning and facilitating team effectiveness. In addition, Alisha operates as a Principal Coach at Earth Wise Coaching, offering executive coaching services. Previously, Alisha held roles at Material as Associate Director of Learning and Development, where responsibilities included managing training programs and project management. At Lyft, Alisha advanced through multiple positions, culminating in roles centered on executive leadership development, onboarding, and project management. Alisha's career began with entrepreneurship as the Owner and Event Manager of Torchwind Events, LLC, and included various positions in event management and support at California State Universities and other organizations.
