Hector Garnica

Hector Garnica is an experienced professional in workforce management and consumer credit strategy, currently serving as the Manager of Consumer Credit Strategy at Hyundai Capital America since July 2013. With a strong background in forecasting and staffing, Hector has held various managerial positions at Hyundai Capital America, including Manager (Lead) of Workforce Management and Manager II roles in both Workforce Management and COE Financial Planning. Prior to this, Hector worked as a Forecasting Analyst in Workforce Management at the Automobile Club of Southern California from August 2008 to July 2013, where responsibilities included daily, weekly, and yearly forecasting. Hector holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Santa Ana College.
