Jodi McElroy has a diverse work experience, primarily in the financial and mortgage industries. jodi started their career in 2007 as a Manager of Cash Operations at Carrington Mortgage Services, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Hyundai Capital America and held various positions throughout the years, including Manager and Sr. Manager of Servicing & Call Center Operations, Manager II of Servicing Project Management, Director of Process Excellence II in Center of Excellence, Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy, and currently, they hold the position of Director of Global Solutions in IT. jodi'sexperience spans across different areas such as operations, project management, strategy, and IT.

Jodi McElroy is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Grand Canyon University, with an expected completion date in 2022.
