Karen Han has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Karen began their career as an Account Executive at the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea and then moved on to TNS as an Account Executive as well. Karen later worked as a Market Research Specialist at L'Oreal before joining Amgen as an MBA Intern in Business Analysis. Karen then transitioned to A.T. Kearney as an Associate in Business Strategy.

In 2011, they joined Hyundai Capital America (HCA) as a Manager in Business Strategy, where they provided strategic directions on commercial vehicle financing and developed long-term used car financing strategies. Karen also played a key role in determining HCA's value propositions as a captive finance partner to OEMs and Dealers.

Throughout their tenure at HCA, Karen held various leadership positions, including Sr. Manager of Servicing Strategy and Sr. Manager of the Business Strategy Team. Karen then became the Sr. Director, Interim Head of Corporate Strategy & Marketing before being promoted to the roles of Sr. Director, Head of Corporate Strategy and Sr. Director, Head of Marketing & Sales Strategy. In these positions, they led cross-functional initiatives, developed long-term marketing and digital strategies, and facilitated business turnaround projects.

Most recently, Karen served as the Vice President and Head of Servicing & Loyalty at Hyundai Capital America. In this role, they oversaw the servicing and loyalty programs and implemented initiatives to improve the dealer reward program, capture dealer feedback, and enhance digital contracting solutions for dealers.

Karen Han obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language & Mass Communication from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies from 1996 to 2001. Karen then pursued a Master's degree in International Business at Ewha Graduate School of International Studies from 2001 to 2003. Later on, Karen completed their MBA from Columbia Business School from 2006 to 2008.
