Karen Han has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Karen began their career as an Account Executive at the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea and then moved on to TNS as an Account Executive as well. Karen later worked as a Market Research Specialist at L'Oreal before joining Amgen as an MBA Intern in Business Analysis. Karen then transitioned to A.T. Kearney as an Associate in Business Strategy.

In 2011, they joined Hyundai Capital America (HCA) as a Manager in Business Strategy, where they provided strategic directions on commercial vehicle financing and developed long-term used car financing strategies. Karen also played a key role in determining HCA's value propositions as a captive finance partner to OEMs and Dealers.

Throughout their tenure at HCA, Karen held various leadership positions, including Sr. Manager of Servicing Strategy and Sr. Manager of the Business Strategy Team. Most recently, Karen served as the Vice President and Head of Servicing & Loyalty at Hyundai Capital America. In this role, they oversaw the servicing and loyalty programs and implemented initiatives to improve the dealer reward program, capture dealer feedback, and enhance digital contracting solutions for dealers.
