Michelle Barberio

Michelle Barberio has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Michelle most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at Hyundai Capital America, where they oversaw the Total Rewards Function for a 1500 employee organization. Prior to that, they held senior leadership roles at American Advisors Group, Continental Currency Services, and ALDO Group. Throughout their career, Michelle has been responsible for designing and implementing human resources programs, policies, and procedures, as well as providing consultation and guidance to executive leadership and managers. Michelle has experience in workforce planning, compliance, and strategic alignment of human resources initiatives with business strategy. Michelle has a strong track record of driving organizational effectiveness, promoting growth, and ensuring legal compliance in various industries and company sizes.
