Parnell Nygren

Parnell Nygren has an extensive career in operations and customer service management, currently serving as the Operations Planning Manager at Hyundai Capital America since October 2003. Parnell has progressed through various leadership roles within the company, including Manager of Total Loss Servicing and Loyalty, and has held multiple managerial positions in customer service and servicing operations. Prior to Hyundai Capital America, Parnell worked as a Supervisor for National Accounts at Sprint from July 2000 to October 2002, and spent ten years at American Funds as a Team Lead, overseeing several departments in California and Virginia. Parnell's educational background includes studies at Mt. San Antonio College.
