Andrew Jacobs has a diverse work experience that spans a variety of industries. Andrew began their career at TELUS, where they worked in Loyalty and Retention from 2000 to 2004. Andrew then joined Shaw Communications and held multiple roles, including Technical Service Representative, Scheduling Coordinator, and Real-Time Coordinator from 2005 to 2016. After their time at Shaw Communications, Andrew worked at TD Auto Finance as a Customer Account Specialist, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating spreadsheets from 2016 to 2017. Following this, they transitioned to being a Stay-at-Home Dad from 2018 to 2021 to support their wife's career advancement in the auto finance industry. Currently, Andrew is employed at Hyundai Capital Canada, where they have held the roles of Credit Analyst and Operation Excellence & Workforce Management since 2021.
