Christy Johns is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC - Georgia Plant since January 2010, Christy leads a team responsible for payroll, recruiting, and benefits, while also assisting in the development of healthcare and insurance programs. Previous roles include Assistant Manager Human Resources, managing an HR Generalist team and coordinating temporary staffing, and Human Resources Specialist, with responsibilities for salary recruitment and staffing policies. Prior to Hyundai MOBIS, Christy owned and operated three restaurants with The Downtown Restaurant Group, overseeing operations, staffing, and financial management. Christy began the career as Office Coordinator at Valley Crating and Packaging, handling payroll, invoicing, and account reconciliations. Education includes degrees from LaGrange College and Troy University.
