Maurice Sterling

Maurice Sterling is an experienced purchasing specialist with a strong background in operations and management within the automotive and retail sectors. At Mobis Alabama since September 2007, Maurice has effectively overseen the purchasing department, managing a team of six employees and achieving a 95% success rate in production scheduling for over 2,000 SKUs with 46 vendors. Prior to this role, Maurice served as a store manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts, where responsibilities included hiring, budgeting, and staff management, and at U-Haul Moving and Storage, where Maurice rapidly ascended to general manager. Maurice's military experience as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps further contributed to leadership skills. An alumnus of Auburn University at Montgomery, Maurice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on IT and Decision Sciences.
