Riley Diamond

Riley Diamond is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Associate in Genesis Talent Acquisition at Hyundai Motor America since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Autonomous Medical Devices Incorporated and a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Riviera Advisors, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed sourcing candidates and analyzing corporate recruiting data, respectively. Additionally, Riley held leadership positions in the Human Resources Management Association Long Beach, including VP of Finance, contributing to the fiscal health of the organization and representing HRMA to the Associated Business Student Organization Council. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University, Long Beach, as well as various degrees from Pasadena City College.
