Jessica Dawnay

Jessica Dawnay has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jessica began their career as a Classified Sales Executive at Wilmington Publishing in 2003. Jessica then worked as a Business Development Executive at Electricword PLC and contributed to marketing and promotional activities. In 2004, they joined Professional Sales Partners as a New Business Development professional, focusing on promoting the Telephone Preference Society (TPS).

From 2004 to 2008, Jessica worked as an Exhibitions Sales Manager at Blendon Communications and later became the Group Exhibition Sales Manager. Jessica successfully developed relationships with new clients, organized sales trips, and trained a sales team. During this time, they also worked as a Business Development Manager while freelancing, selling stand space and securing high-profile clients.

In 2007, Jessica became a Show/Sales Manager at Knights Events before joining Ascential in 2009. At Ascential, they held the role of Head of Sales for Spring & Autumn Fair, where they recruited and trained new team members and provided tools and support for securing business deals at various trade shows.

Jessica then joined Emap Connect Spring in the same year as an Account Manager, where they developed relationships with clients, hit set targets, maintained a CRM database, and mentored team members.

In 2009, Jessica also joined ITE Group plc, where they served as both the Head of Sales and New Business Director, overseeing sales operations and developing new business opportunities.

Currently, Jessica is employed at Hyve Group, where they hold the positions of Portfolio Director and Event Director. Jessica'sresponsibilities include managing portfolios and organizing events.

Throughout their career, Jessica Dawnay has demonstrated a strong track record in sales, business development, team management, and client relationship building.

Jessica Dawnay attended Rainham School For Girls from 1994 to 2000. Jessica then pursued a National Diploma in Media Production at Horsted College from 2000 to 2002.
