Verena Mikkonen is a seasoned professional in innovation management, currently serving as a Senior Innovation Manager and Innovation Consultant at HYVE since September 2018, with expertise in corporate incubation, innovation labs, and design thinking sprints. In addition to practical experience, Mikkonen has been a lecturer at RWTH Business School since 2020, focusing on innovation and incubation. Prior experience includes a role as a Strategist at diffferent, where Mikkonen specialized in strategy development, brand consulting, and service design. Mikkonen holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of the Sunshine Coast and a Master of Arts in International Business Administration from Hochschule München, complementing a solid educational background in business administration.
