Carlo Alu

Carlo Alu is a seasoned Senior Design Analyst currently at Williams International, with prior experience as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Hyzon Motors and a Senior Design Department Manager at Küster North America Inc. Carlo has a robust background in automotive design, specializing in electromechanical systems and components using software such as NX and CATIA. With expertise in creating innovative design concepts, ensuring manufacturing feasibility, and implementing GD&T standards, Carlo has actively mentored design engineers and collaborated across teams to meet project timelines and objectives. Earlier roles include engineering management at Air International Thermal Systems and senior design positions at Cornerstone Technologies and Meguiar's Auto Appearance Center. Carlo holds an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Design from Macomb Community College, complemented by practical experience in both design engineering and business operations.
