John Edgley

John brings more than 20 years of global experience in operations, business development, investment, and sustainability to Hyzon Motors. John oversees and manages operations in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, and leads the company's global heavy- duty cabover truck program.

Before taking on this role, John served as Hyzon's Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand operations, overseeing the construction of Australia's first domestic assembly facility for fuel cell electric trucks and the development of Hyzon's Econic program. He also led the first ISO-certification of a Hyzon operation.

Previously, John served as chief investment officer for SHL Global, a multinational conglomerate with operations in water and wastewater treatment, marine construction, and diversified portfolio investment. Previously, he was a director for Karora Living, a private equity company with an emphasis on new business creation, strategic planning, and construction; and managing director for LRS Health, a leading developer of management, billing, and communication software for the health care industry.
