Linley Thomas is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner with over seven years of experience in strategic workforce planning, performance management, and benefits administration. Currently serving as Senior HRBP at Hyzon Motors since February 2022, Linley has successfully managed HR operations and initiatives that align with business objectives, significantly enhancing employee engagement and leadership culture. Previously, Linley worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Goldwind, where responsibilities included compliance and the execution of HR services and programs.
