Weihao Chen

Weihao Chen is an experienced professional in internal auditing and financial management, currently serving as the Internal Controls Manager at Hyzon Motors since July 2022. Prior roles include Lead Internal Auditor at UL and Senior Internal Auditor at LSC Communications, where expertise was demonstrated in executing financial, operational, and compliance audits, assessing control risks, and developing effective control testing strategies. Weihao has also worked as a Senior Accountant at Entropy International, managing financial reporting and reconciliation tasks, and began a career at EY as a Supervisor, leading various audit engagements and mentoring staff auditors. Weihao holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
