Richard Travis

Richard Travis has extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Richard currently serves as the Director of Operations at I-66 Express Mobility Partners, where they oversee various customer service and image processing teams. Prior to this role, Richard held a position as a Product Manager at Cintra from 2018 to 2022. Richard also worked at Ferrovial from 2013 to 2018, where they held multiple roles, including Senior IT Analyst, Change Control Manager, Project Manager, and O&M Manager. Richard's responsibilities at Ferrovial included project management, change control, and operations and maintenance. Before Ferrovial, they were a Senior IT Analyst at 3M, where they provided technical insight for the Texas Tollway Project and served as a subject matter expert for tolling solutions. Richard began their career as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Federal Signal Corporation after transitioning from VESystems, where they initially worked as a Senior Helpdesk Technician. During their time at VESystems, they resolved helpdesk issues, provided networking support, and developed reporting solutions.

Richard Travis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Texas State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
