With over a decade of experience as CEO of HireMap IT Consultants, Bharathi has been instrumental in building high-performing teams globally. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Manager at Uptycs and Director at Doctor Alliance, along with co-founding Spur Sales School, which specializes in developing high-performance sales teams. Bharathi holds a B.E. in Instrumentation and Electronics from B. M. S. College of Engineering and a PUC in PCMB from Christ University, Bangalore.
