Michael O'Neil

Michael O'Neil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, policy, and partnerships. Currently, O'Neil serves as a Partner at Overture VC and a Board Member at I AM ALS. Previous roles include Volunteer Staff for the Biden-Harris Transition Team, and various positions at Airbnb focused on America's Partnerships and Policy. O'Neil also held significant roles in the White House under the Office of the Chief of Staff and Personnel Office, as well as working as the Midwest Finance Director for both the Presidential Inaugural Committee and Obama for America. O'Neil began a career in political finance as the Finance Director for Sherrod Brown for U.S. Senate and the DSCC, and served as Deputy House Party Coordinator for Dean for America. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from The College of Wooster and attendance at University College Dublin.
