Troy Fields

Troy Fields is an experienced professional with a strong background in legislative affairs and financial services. Currently serving as the Legislative Affairs Co-chair and a diversity and inclusion volunteer with I AM ALS since July 2022, Troy Fields is dedicated to advocating for people of color affected by ALS. Previously, from March 2019 to January 2025, Troy Fields was a Board Member and Leadership Council Member at The ALS Association Florida Chapter. During an extensive career at FIS from April 1993 to April 2019, Troy Fields held various leadership roles, including Head of Solutions and Marketing for Latin America and the Caribbean, Director of Payment Solutions Latin America, and Senior Account Executive, focusing on business development and operations within the financial sector. Educationally, Troy Fields earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida between 1980 and 1984.
