Nusrat Alam also holds the position of Judicial Delegate for New York State's 24th Assembly District with the Queens County Democratic Party, ensuring equitable candidate selection in the judicial nomination process. Previously, Nusrat Alam held roles such as Creative Director at American Bengali Creative Designs, Housing Assistant at the New York City Housing Authority, and Internship Manager at Allen School of Health Sciences. Nusrat Alam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stony Brook University.

Rooted in the rich diversity of Queens, NY, IAP is a trusted platform where diverse voices and stories come together to foster understanding, connection, and meaningful dialogue. Since 2017, we’ve hosted over 300 impactful events across schools, workplaces, and communities, collaborating with esteemed organizations like Old Pal, lululemon, and Recoup-NY. Through our workshops, curated conversations, and training programs, we tackle critical topics including identity, race, gender, culture, and socioeconomic experiences, empowering individuals to see beyond stereotypes and challenge divisive narratives. At IAP, we don’t just facilitate conversations—we drive change.
