As the CEO and Founder of Intelligent Sales Netherlands since April 2010 and CEO of Intelligent Sales Philippines since May 2019, Alexander has played a key role in providing comprehensive HR services in the Philippines to international clients. In addition, as Executive Vice President of Sales for WorkGenda and Country Director of Business Development for ShopPop, Alexander leads initiatives in workforce management and business development. Additionally, Alexander holds an exclusive partnership role for the ASEAN region with Retail Rocket, enhancing website personalization services. Previously, as the Owner of Janson Marketing from January 2013 to December 2018, Alexander supported European A-brands in the Philippine and Asian markets, establishing a strong sales and marketing presence.
