The Technical and Creative Roles team at I-Fulfilment is responsible for enhancing the user experience and ensuring the reliability of our proprietary eCommerce management system, BladePRO. The team consists of a Graphic Designer who creates engaging visuals and promotional content, a Site Reliability Engineer who ensures system uptime and performance, an Information Technology Help Desk specialist providing support for technical issues, and a Content Writer & Tester who develops and tests content for clarity and effectiveness. Together, they drive innovation and efficiency across our services, contributing to a seamless fulfilment experience for our clients.
