Heather Gillies

Heather Gillies currently serves as the Head of Events and Communications at I.J. Mellis Cheesemongers since August 2021, having previously held the position of Store Manager in Stockbridge. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Director for Leadership Development and Board Engagement at AJC Global from May 2019 to February 2023, and Assistant Regional Director at the Anti-Defamation League from September 2016 to April 2019. Heather also contributed to the Anti-Defamation League as a Words to Action Intern and gained internship experience at HealthFusion Inc. and Yad Vashem as a Sales and Marketing Intern and Development Intern, respectively. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs, along with Jewish Studies, from Tulane University.
