Jason Molnar

Jason Molnar has an extensive work experience that dates back to 2006 in various industries. Jason started their career as a Cavalry/Armored Reconnaissance Leader in the US Army, where they earned multiple awards for their valor and heroism. Later, they became a Combat Arms Instructor for the Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course, where they trained over 1500 US and partner-nation officers.

In 2011, Jason joined CACI International Inc as a Human Intelligence Subject Matter Expert. After that, they worked as the Director of Freight Operations at Rogue Fitness, where they were responsible for the safety and performance of over 60 full-time employees. Jason reduced quality control issues from 33% of all orders to less than 1% in less than 12 months.

Jason has also worked at Radiance Technologies, where they served as a Multi-Intelligence Integrator/Analyst, Intelligence Analyst, Production Lead, and Business Development Lead. At Infinity Labs LLC, they co-founded the company and served as the Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for the synthesis and socialization of corporate strategy and vision.

Currently, Jason is the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Operation Socrates. Throughout their work experience, they have exhibited excellent leadership, management, and training skills, earning multiple awards for their valuable contributions.

Jason Molnar earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Forensic Science from Xavier University in 2006. In 2012, they then pursued a Master's degree in Intelligence and Complex Data Analysis at American Military University, completing it in 2015. Recently, in 2017-2018, they attended U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, though no degree or field of study was provided.
