Yang Su

Yang Su has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. From 2014 to 2015, Yang interned at Watson & Band Law Offices, gaining practical experience. In 2015, they joined Han Kun Law Offices as an intern. Yang then worked at JunHe, starting in 2017 as a Junior Associate and later becoming a Middle-Level Associate. During their time at JunHe, they represented multinational corporations and investment funds in their investments and mergers and acquisitions in China. Yang also acted as PRC counsel for IPOs and domestic or offshore listings of PRC conglomerates or high-growth companies. In 2020, Yang joined I-Mab Biopharma as a Senior Legal Manager, responsible for various legal matters. They were later promoted to Associate Director, further taking charge of compliance and legal matters related to the company's financing and investment activities.

Yang Su has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Northwest University, obtained between 2009 and 2013. They also hold a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, obtained between 2013 and 2016. Additionally, Yang Su obtained a Master of Laws degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 2017. They are also a New York State Licensed Attorney, certified by the New York State Supreme Court in 2018, and hold a PRC Legal Professional Qualification from the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China, obtained in 2012.
