Nancy Erickson

Nancy Erickson has an extensive background in Human Resources, serving as the Human Resources Director at I-MED Pharma Inc. Currently, Nancy is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and training programs. Nancy has also worked as the HR Director at Mint Green Group and Thread Collective Inc., focusing on employee relations, recruitment, succession planning, and program development. With past experience at PUMA Canada Inc. as both a Director and Manager, Nancy has managed HR teams, implemented policies, developed relationships, and led recruitment efforts. Nancy also has experience as a Program Manager at GIV3 and holds a D.E.C. in Business/Commerce from LaSalle College.
