Annika Tuovinen

Annika Tuovinen has a diverse work experience spanning from 1992 to 2016. Annika began their career as an Employment Advisor at Seinäjoki Employment Office in 1992 and later served as Director of the Employment Office at Kyrönmaa Employment Office in 1996. From 1997 to 2007, they worked as a Special Designer at South Ostrobothnia Employment and Economic Development Centre. Annika then moved on to become a Development Manager at South Ostrobothnia Centre for Economic Affairs and Employment from 2007 to 2010. Annika further advanced their career as the Director of Seinäjoki region's employment and economic development office from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they assumed the role of Director of the Employment and Economic Development Office at South Ostrobothnia from 2013 to 2016. Since 2016, Annika has held the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at Ilkka-Yhtymä Oyj, where they are responsible for various HR functions including strategic work, operational planning, personnel management, recruitment, and internal communication.

Annika Tuovinen's education history begins in 1988 when they enrolled at the University of Helsinki. Annika pursued a Master of Social Sciences degree in Social Psychology and completed their studies in 1992.
