Els Demey

Els Demey is an accomplished entrepreneur and communication expert with extensive experience in marketing and consultancy. Since October 2011, Els has owned Peppers & co, providing freelance marketing, communication, and retail consultancy services, and holds a KMO portefeuille certification. In addition to this role, Els has served as a Communication Expert at i-mens since January 2020 and has operated PopItUp, a full-service company specializing in pop-up marketing, since September 2011. Previous experience includes a position as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Solidaris Oost-Vlaanderen (2012-2019) and as an Innovation Coach at Innovatiecentrum West-Vlaanderen (2010-2012), focusing on commercial innovation for retailers. Els began a career at BNP Paribas Fortis as a Commercieel Adviseur Professionelen from July 1998 to December 2010. Els holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Management from Arteveldehogeschool.
