Lotte Leybaert

Lotte Leybaert is an experienced professional specializing in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as a Customer Experience Expert at i-mens since July 2020, where responsibilities include strategic support to the general director, customer journey mapping, segmentation, and B2B/B2C strategy. Prior to this, Lotte worked at Goed, contributing to innovative retail concepts and marketing strategies from June 2017 to June 2020 and held various roles including Senior Responsible for Sales and MarCom and Project Marketeer. Lotte has extensive experience in coordinating care innovations and managing sales departments at Solidariteit voor het Gezin from March 2013 to September 2017, as well as internships focused on marketing and customer service. Lotte holds a Master's degree in Handelswetenschappen - marketing from Ghent University and a Bachelor's degree in Logistiek management from Mercator Hogeschool Gent.
