Matt Williams has extensive experience in occupational hygiene and team leadership, currently serving as the UK Operations Team Leader and Occupational Hygienist at the Institute of Occupational Medicine (IOM) since 2019. In this role, Matt specializes in ensuring compliance with COSHH regulations, implementing health and hygiene initiatives, and addressing exposure concerns through sampling and analysis. Prior to IOM, Matt worked as a Cycle Store Proprietor at The Bikeshack from 2011 to 2019 and held security management positions at VSG Vision Security Group from 2007 to 2011. Matt's career began in the Royal Air Force as a JNCO RAF Police, serving from 2001 to 2007. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Design and Technology from Bretton Hall College, University of Leeds, completed in 1999.
