Jeff Upton has a wide range of work experience in the field of software quality assurance and IT. Jeff currently holds the position of Lead Software QA Engineer at i-PRO Americas Inc., starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at the same company from September 2022 to June 2023. Before joining i-PRO Americas Inc., Jeff served as the Director of IT at Gate Guard Services, L.P. starting in September 2020.
Jeff also gained experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer at GMV from September 2021 to August 2022. Jeff worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the American Bureau of Shipping from March 2021 to September 2021 and at CSAT Solutions LP from March 2020 to April 2020.
In addition, Jeff worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at TUYA Technologies from August 2019 to March 2020. Jeff also served as a Software Quality Assurance and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Panasonic Security Solutions from April 2014 to August 2019.
Jeff's earlier experiences include positions as a Technical Support Engineer at Video-Insight from May 2014 to August 2015, a Field Technician at Twist Solutions from April 2012 to May 2014, and an Advanced Repair Agent at Geek Squad from September 2011 to April 2012.
Jeff Upton received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts and Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2011. Prior to that, they attained their High School Diploma from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory in 2005.
