Joey Friddell

Joey Friddell is an accomplished technical training manager with extensive experience in technical support and project coordination. Currently employed at i-PRO Americas Inc. since December 2019, Joey has held roles as both technical training manager and technical training lead. Prior experience includes positions as a technical support engineer at Video Insight, where superior technical support was provided to clients utilizing IP video surveillance software. Joey's background also features roles in project coordination at OneSource Building Technologies, IT network administration at La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa, and various technical positions in earlier employment, demonstrating a strong foundation in networking, troubleshooting, and client relations. Educational qualifications include CCNA, CCNP, and CCDN certifications from Cisco Networking Academy and an associate degree in IT network specialization from Lone Star College.
