Michael Reading has extensive work experience in the field of product engineering and computer systems. Michael currently serves as the Product Engineer Team Lead at i-PRO Americas Inc., a position they have held since April 2022. In this role, they analyze, tests, and provides solutions for customer requests and issues related to hardware and software used with PIPSA Solutions. Michael also serves as the final escalation point to support, field service, and third parties for resolving customer issues. Additionally, Michael assists in pre-sales meetings with on-site technical assistance as required.
Before their current role, Michael worked as the System Solutions Manager at Video Insight from December 2015 to February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at JL White and Associates, where they held various positions including Computer System Engineer from December 2012 to September 2015, and Instructor/Writer from April 2010 to December 2012.
Michael Reading completed their Associate of Science degree in Intelligence Operations from Cochise College in 2012. Michael later attained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology Project Management from American Military University in 2016.
