Fatma El Zahraa Salim

Fatma El Zahraa Salim has a strong background in IT, with extensive experience in various roles. Fatma El Zahraa started as a Software Developer at SIGMA Company, then moved on to work as a Senior IT System Analyst at Egyptian American Bank. Fatma El Zahraa later joined Credit Agricole Egypt, where they held roles such as MIS and Reporting Head and Head of IT Quality. Afterward, they worked at Arab Investment Bank as the Head of IT Governance and Service Management. Currently, they are serving as the Head of IT Governance & IT PMO at The Egyptian Credit Bureau S.A.E (I-SCORE). Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in IT governance, quality management, process implementation, and team leadership.

Fatma El Zahraa Salim holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from King AbdulAziz University. Fatma El Zahraa also holds a certification in ITIL V3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
