Mahmoud Ali

Mahmoud Ali is a skilled Credit Investigator with extensive experience in the field of credit assessment for retail and SMEs, currently working at both the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and The Egyptian Credit Bureau S.A.E (I-SCORE) since early 2023. Previously, Mahmoud served as a Customer Service Representative at Jumia Egypt and National Bank of Egypt (NBE), enhancing customer assistance capabilities from August 2021 to August 2023. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Helwan University Cairo, earned from September 2015 to August 2019.
