Mark Liu

Mark Liu is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Principal at I Squared Capital since 2022, focusing on infrastructure credit with an emphasis on renewables, digital infrastructure, midstream, and transport sectors. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Senior Vice President at Icon Infrastructure LLP from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included origination and investment in North America's renewable energy, power, and midstream sectors. Mark's experience also encompasses a role as Vice President at Deutsche Bank (2016-2020), specializing in principal capital solutions and structured financing for infrastructure projects, as well as an Associate position in Project Finance at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (2015-2016). Mark began the career in fundamental credit at BAM from 2013 to 2015. Mark Liu earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.
