Vinny Rutherford's work experience begins in 2010 as a Counter Staff at Cheeseburger Charley's. In 2011, they became a Server at COZYMELS and was responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, serving multiple parties simultaneously, and training new employees. From 2012 to 2014, Vinny worked as a Food Service Worker at Jimmy John's, where they managed the opening and closing of the franchise, mentored new hires, and led the team during peak times. In 2014, they became a Front Desk Associate at Evolve Apartments, handling building access, resolving tenant issues, and acting as the point of contact for the property management team. From 2015 to 2016, Vinny worked as a Server at Braziero's Brazilian Steakhouse, where they prepared and served authentic Brazilian food, managed food inventory, and presented food in the traditional gaucho method. In 2016, they transitioned to Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen as a Server, providing exceptional customer service, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and resolving issues before escalation. From 2017 to 2019, Vinny worked as a Technical Recruiter at PRISM, focusing on technology, security, and IT enterprise solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Business Operations Coordinator at IT Concepts, Inc., which they began in 2019.

Vinny Rutherford completed their high school education at Centennial High School in Franklin, Tennessee from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued general studies. Following their high school graduation, Vinny enrolled at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2012. Vinny pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Political Science and Government. Vinny successfully completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2017.
