Hannah B. began their career in 2006 as an Agent at Horace Mann, where they were responsible for receiving and investigating claims, determining applicable coverage and liability, and referring to the correct department if needed. Hannah also conducted and participated in vendor and marketing shows for potential clients, worked in the field to write policies, and processed proper coverage for the underwriters. In 2012, they became the Support Services Manager at MSP - MyStudentsProgress.com, where they managed the Customer Service Department based in Florida and California and showed their team how to handle clients from C-level to Admin level. In 2016, they moved to Modern Enterprise Solutions Inc. as IT Asset Manager * Network Infrastructure * Hardware & Software Provider, and in 2018 they became the VP of Regional Sales - Certified MBE and member of the NMSDC at I.T. Consulting St Petersburg LLC. In 2020, they began working at E-Mobilize as Vice President Marketing, and in 2021 they began working at UnitedHealthcare Global as a Global Operations Specialist and at Sunbelt Staffing as an Account Manager.

Hannah B. received their High School Diploma from Folsom High School in 2003. Hannah also holds certifications in Brocade Sales - IP Fundementals (2016), VTSP - VMware Technical Solutions Professional (2016), Property and Casualty Insurance License, Life Insurance License, and Systematic Foundation from RedRock Leadership.
