Anthea Chu

Chief Designer at I.T

Anthea Chu has a strong background in fashion design and has worked in various positions throughout their career. Anthea recently served as Chief Designer at I.T since April 2022 and previously held the role of Associate Chief Designer at the same company from January 2018 to December 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Fashion Designer at Vivienne Tam from November 2016 to January 2018 and at CT Showroom from November 2014 to October 2016. Anthea also gained experience as an Assistant Designer at I.T from May 2011 to July 2014, at Emilio de la Morena from July 2010 to February 2011, and at Walker Shop Footwear Limited from June 2009 to September 2009. Anthea started their career in the fashion industry as a Production Assistant at Jasmine Di Milo @ Harrods from October 2008 to May 2009.

Anthea Chu completed their high school education at The Westgate School from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained their GCSE degree. Their field of study included subjects such as English, Math, English Literature, Product Design, Art, Music, Science, and Chinese. Anthea then attended Peter Symonds College from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued A Level and AS Level degrees in Art, Information Technology, and Design and Technology in Product and Design. After their time at Peter Symonds, Anthea enrolled at the University of Winchester from 2005 to 2006, where they earned a diploma in art foundation. Anthea later joined the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. Subsequently, in 2011, Anthea continued their education at the same institution, specifically focusing on an Intermediate/Advanced Level Photo Retouching course related to Fashion/Apparel Design.
