Ram P has held various roles in the IT field since 2001. Ram began their career as an Officer HR at Karvy Consultants Ltd, where they were responsible for maintaining the online and physical databank of resumes, head-hunting professionals, listing short-listed candidates for interviews, and preparing appointment orders. In 2005, they moved to i2t2 Inc as a Team Leader - Staffing, where they implemented the full life cycle of recruiting. In 2006, they joined Attic Technologies Inc as Assistant Manager - IR, where they handled a team of 10 sales executives and reviewed their performance against KRA's. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Shell Soft Inc as Business Development Manager - Government & Commercial. Since 2015, they have been the Director of Operations at i2 IT Solutions Inc.

Ram P. has a diverse educational background. Ram obtained a B.Com from Osmania University between 1998 and 2001, specializing in Commerce, Accountancy, and Statistics. Ram then went on to pursue a PGDPM from the University of Hyderabad in 2002-2003, specializing in Project & Planning Management. Finally, they obtained an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok in 2003-2005, specializing in Human Resources & Marketing. Additionally, Ram P. has obtained three certifications: a Higher Diploma in Hardware Engineering from Viranchi Sofware Solutions, a PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) from the Project Management Institute, and a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the Scrum Alliance.
