Rob Seiler

General Counsel at i2c

Rob Seiler is the current General Counsel at i2c. Prior to their current position, they served as VP, Assistant General Counsel at Bank of America Merchant Services from January 2010 to April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for payment processing, corporate transactions, merchant disputes, and merchant bankruptcies. From April 2015 to December 2018, they served as Senior Counsel at First Data Corporation, where they were responsible for payment processing, product commercialization, eCommerce, mobile commerce, point of sale equipment, corporate and commercial transactions, joint ventures, retail alliances, ISOs and referral relationships, and legal department process flow and improvement. From January 2007 to December 2009, they were Associate Counsel at First Data Corporation, where they were responsible for payment processing and corporate transactions. Prior to that, they served as Associate Attorney at McGill, Gotsdiner, Workman & Lepp, P.C., L.L.O. from January 2006 to December 2007 and Associate Attorney at Kutak Rock from January 2003 to December 2006.

Rob Seiler's educational career includes a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a BA in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a JD-MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Rob's focus in law and business is strategy, finance, and legal consulting.
