Vaibhav Pandey

Vaibhav Pandey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2003, they worked as a Second Officer/Third Officer at Seaarland Shipping Management B.V., where they managed navigation activities and led a team. Vaibhav then joined Amazon in 2008 as a Summer Intern, conducting a pilot study on improving associates' responses. In 2009, they became the Manager of Corporate Strategy at Gokul Refoils & Solvents Ltd, overseeing planning, brand development, and cost reduction. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Sr. Manager and DGM of Business Excellence at Aptara, where they focused on quality assurance and process improvement. In 2015, they joined MPS Limited as an Associate Vice President. Currently, they are the Co-founder of i2i Funding.com, India's leading P2P lending platform.

Vaibhav Pandey pursued their education in a sequential manner. Vaibhav commenced their educational journey at Central Hindu School, where they completed their High School education between 1990 and 1998. Following this, they enrolled at T.S.Chanakya from 1999 to 2002, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Nautical Science. Later, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a PGDM in Management.
