Dawn Beck has a diverse background in the field of human resources. Dawn started their career as a Human Resources Consultant at Mutual of Omaha. During their time there, they played a key role in recruitment, benefits administration, and corporate learning initiatives. Following their tenure at Mutual of Omaha, Dawn worked as an HR Consultant at DBeck HR Consulting, where they conducted exit interviews, compiled reports, and sourced candidates for customer service positions. Dawn later joined VIPKID as a Teacher before eventually moving on to become the Vice President of Human Resources at i3 Bank.
Dawn Beck has a Master of Science Administration degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration, General from Central Michigan University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration, General from Nebraska Wesleyan University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In 2021, they also obtained a certification in The MindSet Leadership Series from Northwestern College in Omaha.

i3 Bank began in February 1928 by father and son, Charles F. Roe and Harold E. Roe. In 1971, Harold's son, Jerry E. Roe, became president of the i3 Bank. Jerry's daughter, Leslie R. Andersen, succeeded her father as president in 1994. This ninety-five year old bank is being managed by a member of the 4th generation of the founding family where professional personal service and courtesy is always first. i3 Bank has grown and changed over the years, as well as the communities in the surrounding areas. i3 Bank offers real estate, commercial, installment and agriculture loans, as well as several checking, savings, certificates of deposit and IRA accounts. i3 Bank currently has four locations in Bennington, Omaha, Lincoln and Ashland. i3 Bank has become a reliable and dependable part of the community of Bennington.
