Nathan Baer

Nathan Baer is an experienced professional in energy efficiency and marketing, currently serving as Vice President and CEO of i3 Energy since April 2024, where the focus is on aiding utility clients in achieving energy savings and sustainability goals through innovative strategies. Nathan has been a Principal and Managing Partner at Staples Energy since November 2008, collaborating with public utilities and government entities to promote energy conservation awareness. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Marketing at MLG, Senior Account Executive at Zizzo Group Advertising and PR, and various marketing positions at Street Cance Marketing Communications, Milwaukee Armed Services Committee, and Baer Carlson Communications. Nathan began a career in public relations as an intern at Froedtert Hospital after earning a degree in Communicative Arts with a focus on public relations, marketing, and Spanish from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
