Emmanuel Navarro is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as IT Manager/Administrator at i3 International since December 2016. In this role, Emmanuel oversees the installation, configuration, and management of servers and workstations to support production systems, while ensuring high availability and system uptime through regular maintenance. Prior to this position, Emmanuel worked as a Systems Engineer at Essential Data Services, a Technical Supervisor at Ion Management Solutions Inc., and held various roles at the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, contributing to IT infrastructure projects and managing network systems. Emmanuel began the career as a Computer Service Support Engineer at DIGITAL PRO INCORPORATED. Navbar is a graduate of the Technological Institute of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
